These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Reluxme's Website, located at www.book.reluxme.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Reluxme if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to review and agree to our rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• Booking Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older to book.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

• Personal toiletries are not included. This includes items such as shampoos, body wash, lotions, toothpaste, etc. For sanitary reasons and personal preference, we kindly ask that you bring your own personal toiletries.

Cancellation Policies

Short-Term: Less than 28 Night Stays

• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Long-Term: 28+ Night Stays

• The first month is not refundable, 30-day notice for cancellation

• If the guest books a reservation and decides to cancel the reservation during their stay, the guest is required to pay for the 30 days following the cancellation date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if the remaining portion of the original reservation is less than 30 days; The remaining unused nights will be refunded at 50%.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Reluxme and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Reluxme.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Reluxme for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from Reluxme
Sell, rent or sub-license material from Reluxme
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Reluxme
Redistribute content from Reluxme

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Reluxme does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Reluxme,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
