Reluxme Lux 2BR| Walk to Stadiums & Convention Ctr

The check in process was unbelievably frustrating. The property manager spams you with AI messages that’s are ridiculously long and hard to read. The parking garage is a maze and there really isn’t clear instructions on how to actually get to or find our room. They sent multiple “check in” messages during our stay to see how things were going for us. When I responded and said some things that we needed, they just never got back to me. The parking passes don’t work half the time to open the gates and hit our car when it did open. The room was subpar. There were not amenities like blankets for the air mattress. The listing says is sleeps 6 but it really sleeps 4. When asked on the rental agreement, I said I did need shampoo and soap for us and that request was just ignored (not sure why they asked in the first place). The walls are paper thin so we could hear car going through the garage all night. There is also no curtains and they don’t turn off the lights on the pool deck so there were lights shining in our faces all night. The room is in a great spot and we could walk just about anywhere. The property was really nice. We loved the pool and the amenities the building had.
